(I) Targeted optimization of the concrete spraying system to effectively reduce concrete rebound rates. Excessive rebound stems from dispersed material flow, uneven mixing of accelerators, unbalanced air-to-material ratios, and improper impact kinetic energy of aggregates. Moving away from traditional, generic nozzle designs, Saintyol DAWIN shotcrete truck optimized nozzle flow fields through simulation: 1. Novel material-focusing atomizing nozzle design. The internal air-material mixing chamber was redesigned using a multi-stage vortex flow structure; this ensures compressed air, concrete, and accelerator fully blend within the nozzle to form a focused, stable stream, thereby reducing aggregate scattering and splashing. Additionally, the shotcrete robot airflow velocity gradient was optimized to lower the kinetic energy of coarse aggregates upon impact with the rock face, minimizing rebound at the source.
