The concrete placing boom consists of a placing boom assembly, a slewing device, upper and lower supports, a chassis, concrete pipelines, a hydraulic system, and an electrical control system. The use of a concrete placing boom can give full play to the working efficiency of the concrete pump, improve the pouring quality, and reduce labor intensity.
The placing boom is a three-section box-type structure. The extension and folding of the three arm sections are achieved through the hydraulic system. In conjunction with the slewing mechanism, the concrete can be transported to the required construction surface. The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety overflow valve to prevent the working mechanism from overloading. A hydraulic lock is installed on the working cylinder to ensure construction safety. The electrical control system can realize control panel operation and wired operation. The interlocking function between each operation mode also ensures construction safety.
