When pouring concrete, all the legs should be fully deployed before the boom can be operated. The boom should be deployed in the order specified in the operation and use of the pump truck.
The vehicle body must be kept horizontal, with the inclination of the front, rear, left and right sides less than 3 degrees relative to the horizontal plane. And only after folding the boom and placing it on the main support of the boom can the legs be retracted. Before moving the boom and unfolding the legs, check whether there are any obstacles around it. Prevent the boom or legs from touching buildings or other obstacles. When the operator cannot observe the entire working area or cannot accurately determine the distance between the extended part of the pump truck and adjacent objects, a guide should be provided to provide guidance.

When pumping concrete to pour the mannequin, there are two pouring sequences: layered pouring and side pile pouring. The end hoses should be moved evenly to control the thickness of each layer of fabric to 20 to 30cm. It should not be poured in piles. When pouring with horizontal pipes, as the concrete pouring direction moves, 1 to 2 people should be considered in the pouring area of each pump truck to watch the distribution boom and direct the distribution, and 6 to 8 workers should dismantle and assemble the pipes, and gradually lengthen or shorten them. , to adapt to the movement of the pouring part.
