In the working process of the fine stone concrete pump, if the use is not standardized, it is easy to cause premature damage to some parts of the equipment, which not only increases the maintenance cost of the equipment, but also seriously affects the construction progress. Then, how to improve the service life of the vulnerable parts of the fine stone pump has become a problem that we need to pay attention to. Now let’s pay attention to the wearing parts of the fine stone pump (cutting ring, glasses plate, discharge port, distribution valve). The matters are briefly introduced: the cutting ring and the glasses plate are a pair of closely-fitting components with relative movement. The contact surfaces of the two are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material. Through the special-shaped nut at the end of the S-shaped tube spline shaft, the two can be adjusted. The gap between them is (0.1~0.2)mm. The rubber spring assembled between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring allows the cutting ring and the glasses plate to move relative to each other flexibly.
As the use time increases, the rubber spring loses its elasticity, and the joint surface of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate will wear out, resulting in an increase in the gap between them. When the gap is greater than 0.7mm, it needs to be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will take advantage of the "gap" to enter. Once the mortar enters the friction surface, the wear speed of the cutting ring and the glasses plate will be greatly accelerated.
When pumping concrete, the cutting ring swings with the swing of the S-shaped pipe to cut the concrete. Therefore, the cutting ring wears faster. The higher the pressure of the concrete at the outlet, the more severe the wear of the cutting ring. Under normal circumstances, the wear of the cutting ring first occurs on the edge, and is located at two symmetrical parts at an angle of 90° at the upper part. Therefore, when the above-mentioned parts of the cutting ring are worn out, the cutting ring can be rotated by an angle in time to continue to use, which is equivalent to doubling the service life of the cutting ring.
The wear of the spectacle plate first occurs at the middle of the nose bridge. The larger the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring, the faster the wear rate. Therefore, you must always pay attention to the gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring. Once the gap is found to increase, you must immediately tighten the special-shaped nut or replace the wearing parts to prevent the mortar from entering the friction surface. When the rubber spring loses its elasticity, it needs to be replaced immediately. For repairable cutting rings and glasses plates, use welding rods to repair them and continue to use them.
For vulnerable parts such as the discharge port and distribution valve, once the wear-resistant layer is found to be worn off, it can be used for a period of time with welding rods in time.
