What’s roles the wear plate and cutting ring play in concrete pumps? Let’s know..
1.To reduce the costs. The cutting ring and wear plate instead of the wearing between inlet and outlet gate of S valve in concrete pumps. Based on this situation, the cost would be low down much more than replacing the S valve and material cylinder.
2.To improve the impermeability. As there is the rubber-made compression rings, this could make the cutting ring to wearing plate a pre-pressure to improve the impermeability between the cutting ring and the wearing plate.
3.The cutting function to the aggregates between cutting ring and wearing plate to protect the cutting ring and wearing plate on the right position.
4.S Valve parts including wearing plate, cutting ring, rubber spring, abnormity nut, nesting, seal parts, bearings and S tube welding body. And concrete pump wearing plate and cutting ring main functions in : sealing function which work with the rubber spring, through the pressure self balance and rubber spring auto compensation gap to make the floating cutting ring have the self sealing function and then to enhance the concrete pump S valve tube delivery pressure.
